No, we do not sell tickets in person. All bookings must be done in advance on our website.
Yes, we require a $100 cash deposit PER ATV once you arrive on site. In case of any damage to the ATV by the client, this deposit will be used. If there is no damage, the deposit will be refundable.
We have a 1 hour tour, and a 45 minute tour.
Yes, the maximum weight PER ATV is 300 lbs. This same rule applies for double rider ATVs.
All driver must be 16 years or older, with a valid drivers license.
Yes, we provide the following:
- ATV
- Helmet
- Goggles
Yes, for safety reason all guests must keep the helmet and goggles on.
- For a full refund, cancel at least 48 hours in advance of the start date of the experience.
- If you cancel less than 48 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
- No refunds will be issued if you’re late to the check-in time, or no shows.
– A liability waiver must be signed by all participants.
– All drivers must be ages 16 and up with a valid drivers license.
– All drivers must participate in the safety briefing before the tour.
– No pregnant women, recent surgeries, back/knee problems or any serious health condition allowed on the tour.
– Covered & closed toe shoes are recommended for all tours.
– Guests may get dusty or muddy depending on weather conditions. We recommend that guests wear comfortable clothing that they don’t mind soiling.
– Safety helmets and googles are provided and are required for all guests to wear.
The tour goes on rain or shine except in cases of extended heavy rain. You’ll be given the option to either reschedule your tour for the next available spot or get a refund.
